F.A.Q (Processing Time, Shipping)
☆ CURRENT FINISH TIME: 2-3 WEEKS (Minimum)
Most of my items will be ready to ship, unless stated otherwise. Please make sure you read the description to get full details on whether or not your item is made to order. I ship in large batches every Monday and Friday, which is why your order may take 1-3 weeks to be processed.
All excess shipping will be refunded to you. Shopify often overcharges for shipping costs and after I calculate the weight of your items- I will always send a refund for shipping. It seems to round up to $7-$8 even for small items, but rest assured as soon as I see your order is over charged, I process refunds ASAP! Thank you for understanding.

If you believe that there is a flaw or mistake with your order, please send me a photo for proof and a description explaining what the issue is. If I find that I did make a mistake on your order on my behalf, I will take responsibility for it and allow you to make an exchange with me for a replacement. I just ask that you cover shipping! Sometimes I may miss a small flaw or two when I am in a hurry to work, but I will always take responsibility for it. I can either give you ways to fix it if it's a small flaw, or have it completely redone!
- Please send the item back in its original state, unworn, and undamaged within a week of delivery. I will not accept packages for an exchange after 7 business days starting from the delivery confirmation.
- Customer must pay shipping to and from, price will vary on the weight of your order.
- Exchanges will take 1 week or less for completion.
Refunds:
- All sales are final.
Regardless of time frame, there are no refunds if it is custom made to your liking (such as size, color, design, personalized tags, etc.) They take a lot of time, supplies, and dedication to complete.
- There are no refunds for any completed services such as priority mail shipping. The USPS processing time is completely out of my hands.
Other Complications:
- If any items are damaged or broken during shipment, email me and we can see what I can do to accommodate for it. It is really difficult for a small business to send full refunds for merchandise when someone else damages goods during shipment, so please understand that this option will be unlikely. Instead, an exchange for a replacement or partial refund may take place!
- I am NOT responsible for lost packages due to WRONG ADDRESSES. If you type in the wrong address, and it's already been shipped- you will have to start the order over.
- If your package has been lost by the post office or during shipment, please make sure to contact your local post office. Once it has left my hands, I can not be held responsible for what they do to your package. I will be willing to offer my support and walk you through how to replace your order if necessary, or how to contact your local post office to track your package!
I have the right to refuse service to anyone that I feel is violating my terms and conditions, purposefully damaging goods, or have ill intentions when working with me.
ShippingIf your item was shipped late from me, please give it up to 48 hours to update tracking!
USA orders shipped usually arrive within 5 business days or less for residents, but sometimes they will be delayed causing it to take up to 2 weeks. ALL orders will come with tracking.
International Orders may take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive (Please note this is the time frame given to me from my USPS for the cheapest shipping option to international buyers- it could arrive sooner if things go smoothly or later if the package is being held up by customs).
